POLICIES, PRICES AND PROCEDURES

2021-2022

REGISTRATION

There is a $150.00 per student per school year fee.  This fee includes processing, recital, and scheduling fees and is non-refundable after November 1st. If you drop prior to November 1st, you will receive a $100.00 refund.  Students who drop out temporarily will be required to renew registration at a cost of $30.00. All students must register in person to complete the registration form.

5-10 classes per family (2 or more children)              $245.00/month

PAYMENT

We collect tuition payments through pre authorized credit card billing or bank card deduction.  Tuition will be billed automatically on the first day of each month from August 2021 through June 2022.   Eleven equal monthly payments are based on an average of four classes per month during the dance year (38 - 40 classes).  Some months will be 5 weeks and some will have 2-3 weeks (depending on holidays). Rehearsals at the end of the year are also included in this pay schedule.  All holidays may be made up!

CALENDAR

Our school year begins August 16, 2021 and ends at the June Recital 2022.  We take the following breaks during the year:

Labor Day: Sept. 6, 2021

Veterans Day: Nov. 11, 2021

Thanksgiving: Nov. 23 – 26, 2021

Christmas: Dec. 17, 2021 – Jan. 2, 2022

Martin Luther King: Jan. 17, 2022            

Presidents Day: Feb. 21, 2022      

Spring Break: Mar. 14– 18, 2022

Memorial Day: May 30, 2022

*Make up classes are offered for all Monday holidays*

RECITAL

Our annual KreativeKids/ KinderKids recital is set for June, 2022 (TBA) and our 37th Recital for June, 2022 (TBA) at the Times Union Performing Arts Center. All costumes must be paid for by November 1, 2021
